Hey everyone, let me just say that, I don't want to come across as being someone who is super-spiritual or someone that sits on a mountain top telling everyone what to do. I'm studying these principles along with you. I can see for example a negative thought come to my mind, and my first impulse is to try to get rid of it or cover it up, or to change it, but what I am learning, or trying to learn, is that it is better to observe it, to observe these thoughts, rather than trying to change them. But they seem so strong, and don't seem to want to leave me alone. What I am wondering, is that, if I continue to observe them, would they just fade away to nothingness? Would they then come back less frequently, or not at all? Has anyone actually experienced this happening? Tom and Fred, maybe you could talk about this in an upcoming podcast.
Thanks.
