At the end of yet another insightful podcast, Fred refers to you two "plodding" along, week after week, on timeoutfortruth. That's the very last thing you do. Your enthusiasm is not only palpable, it's infectious, believe me. I started listening to this podcast exhausted after a long tiring day - OK, not the best frame of mind you want in your listeners, I admit, but when am I not exhausted? But your enthusiasm broke through my mental fog and made me sit up and listen - as it always does. So thank you, thank you. A question for you, though: seeing that it's unlikely the pair of you would be willing to come perch, one on each of my shoulders, 24/7, to shout into my ears "Wake up, wake up" every time I look like slipping back into my habitual day-to-day forgetful slumber, what can I do to act as my own alarm call? I seem to slide back into the surface world so easily.

I have a similar question. Is there any thing in Vernon Howards teachings or Truth teachings which discuss principles we can employ to prevent from going back to sleep?
