I have so much to say…

First of all, you both got my name right the first time. Fred I am not Latin American, but I do appreciate the effort you make to get it right.

Second of all thank you for answering my question. You both did it exceptionally well! I have been noticing that it is getting a little bit easier. Your advice about flowing like a river and not fighting it is great!

I want to share a dream really quickly. I dreamt I arrived at a party with my wife and everyone was asleep. So we went to sleep. I woke up before everyone else and was trying to wake up my wife and thought about waking up the others because I thought it was strange that at a party everyone would be asleep like this.

I did not see the metaphor right away, but I think it is rather obvious.

I love the resource that “time out for truth” has been in my life. I have a better marriage, I am a better father, and a better friend to others because of it. I will miss your pod cast next week, but look forward to the next one!
