Thank you Tom and Fred for addressing my question on sleep in today's Podcast. I have listened to it a couple of times and you have given me some great tools. As you said I can use challenges with sleeping as a way to become more aware just as I attempt during the day; wherever I am at any given moment there too is the opportunity to see something new. The concise answer to Andre's question, for me, is that we expend the effort to become conscious so that we "wake up" from our asleep.
