    Tom and Fred,

Thank you for answering my question on the podcast. You hit the nail on the head. These events that I speak of have truly been a growing experience on when to stay silent (which is more often that not) about these higher principles.

I can't wait to try Vernon Howard's exercise. I am about half way through "The Power of your Supermind", and I am getting a lot out of it. It was a pleasure to actually hear his voice what a moving speaker he was!

And regarding the end of time! I find it funny because in the Bible it says that the end of time will come when nobody is expecting it. So as long as one person is expecting it IT IS NOT COMING!! LOL!

Anyway, thank you again for so truthfully addressing my question. It was spot on!

Thank you for answering my question in this week's podcast about the Walking Exercise. I wasn't expecting Vernon himself to explain it, that was awesome! I plan on adding this exercise to the relaxation exercise you gave a while back. Thanks again. Tony
